Poverty

Imagine you are being denied of everything you currently have. Imagine this whole world is one dark place and looks down on you. Not because you don’t have the potential. But because you don’t have the voice, money does.

Almost half the world constituting to 3 billion people live in poverty. Meaning they are incapable to earn $2.5 a day. This amount is fixed to establish the rate of survival of a person per day. And more than half the world does not satisfy this basic requirement. And that means they don’t eat, live or learn adequately.

Poverty is not a state ,it is an emotion. A strong emotion of helpless weak abandoned and vulnerable people who have just the exact capability to be our counterparts, but cannot be so because they are as insignificant as a large amount of cotton on a weighing machine. Once they catch fire, they don’t burn bit by bit waiting for someone to notice. They burn within a blink of an eye. This is the exact speed of rate at which we are loosing people in this planet due to poverty.

According to UNICEF we loose 22,000 little ones per day as a result of this evil.We have probably lost half the other Einsteins and Edisons this world was supposed to have. We are only half of what we actually are! We are only half a planet. We are only half a planet , when we have the potential to be a whole.
